Winners Announced: Ocean Innovators ANZ Challenge 2024

The winners of the Britannica Ocean Innovators ANZ Challenge for 2024 has been selected!

Following the success of the Asia Challenge earlier this year, the Britannica Ocean Innovators ANZ Challenge has also come to an exciting conclusion. Over the past few months, we’ve received a wave of submissions from inquiring young minds across Australia and New Zealand, and we’ve been blown away by your passion and creativity!

Though we saw many impressive entries, there could only be one winner per category. These were chosen for their outstanding understanding of key concepts, insightful research journals, and exceptional creativity and innovation in their proposed solution supporting United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (UNSDG) 14: Life Under Water.

A huge congratulations to our winners:

Years 3-5 Category Winner
“Dugy” – Limestone Coast Home Educators

Well done once again to all participating teams. The standard of entries was incredibly high across the board – our judges had a tough job selecting the winners!
